This, from my experience, is a solid flow and play as your starting town will get the Growth bonus while producing the Builders Hall. With that said generally speaking, Store House->Builders Hall->Barracks->Archer->Shrine->Assess situation. I find in the late game they aren't as useful though. Basically your Turn 10-20 build order is going to vary, sometimes radically, based on the map. I've used it a lot of times especially in the early game to get them all leveled up, and have a 'powerhouse' stack in case of emergencies.
